We offer the following varieties of apples:

Idared – one of the most popular apple varieties in Croatia. The fruit is large and nice, good tasting, crunchy, the pale yellow pulp is succulent, has a fine gentle texture, a sweet and sour flavor and an unobtrusive aroma. It is an excellent apple to be consumed when fresh, and also for cooking and roasting.

Braeburn – a first-class dessert apple variety. The pulp is solid, its taste is sweet and sour and its quality is excellent. It is crunchy, not hard, and very succulent. It is characterized by its abundance and complexity of flavors that very few varieties can match.

Jonagold – an excellent sweet and sour dessert apple variety. The texture of its pulp is particularly crunchy and succulent. It is an excellent apple variety for eating and making fruit salads.

Gala – a very aromatic apple. Its pulp is crunchy, succulent, and has a mild sweet flavor. The size of its pulp, thin peek and very mild flavor make it ideal choice for children.

Elstar – a succulent and crunchy apple variety. The pulp is succulent and tastes sweet and sour, which makes it easy to eat, a true dessert apple.

Melrose – its color is yellowish and greenish, bordering on red, its intensity highly variable. The pulp is succulent, sweet and has a mildly sour flavor.

Granny Smith – the most popular green apple variety. Its pulp is crunchy and hard and its flavor is very sharp, somewhat sour. After ageing for a while, its pulp becomes softer and it is very refreshing when served cold. It is excellent for consumption when fresh, but is also very good for making fruit salads (especially because it retains its color even after being sliced).

Drvo jabuke vuče porijeklo sa prostora između Kaspijskog i Crnog mora. Jabuka pripada porodici ruža. Na svijetu postoji 7500 različitih sorti jabuke. Nismo jedini koji uživamo u jabukama, vole ih medvjedi, konji, krave, rakuni i mnoge druge životinje. U drevnoj Grčkoj mladić bi zaprosio djevojku dobacivši joj jabuku, a ako bi je ona uhvatila, to bi označavalo njen pristanak.

The apple tree originates from the area between the Caspian Sea and Black Sea. The apple belongs to the rose family. There are 7500 different apple varieties in the world. We are not the only ones to enjoy apples – they are liked by bears, horses, cows, raccoons and many other animals. In ancient Greece, a young man would propose to a girl by tossing her an apple and, if she caught it, this would signify her consent.

Der Apfelbaum stammt aus dem Gebiet zwischen dem Kaspischen und dem Schwarzen Meer. Der Apfel gehört zur Familie der Rose. In der Welt gibt es 7500 verschiedene Apfelsorten.
