We offer the following varieties of pears:

Williams – in addition to being used mainly for brandy production, this pear is very good to eat. Its pulp is soft, pale yellow and very aromatic.

Abbe Fetel – the pulp is yellowish and whitish, with semi-fine texture, and succulent. The flavor is sweetish and somewhat bland, unharmonious as a result of lack of acids, with semi-expressed aroma and mild odor.

Conference – the pulp is yellowish and whitish, with fine texture, and succulent. Its taste is sour and sweet and the aroma is very pleasant.
